CPD Update – Summer 2023

Stonewest was delighted to welcome guests and two speakers from Hutton + Rostron to our offices, Tim Jordan and Andrew Ellis, who delivered an excellent and informative seminar on ‘Built Heritage: Building Pathology’.

Andy Ball from Stonewest explains: “Understanding the characteristics and performance of a heritage asset is central to defining the most suitable approach in repair and or upgrading and alteration. Appropriate investigations of a building or structure is often the best starting point in clarifying what needs to be done and most importantly why. Understanding of building pathology informs the owner/developer as to what steps to take to help make their building healthy and sustainable”.
