Launched in 2013 to recognise the growing opportunities in Asia, Stonewest (HK) has since matured into a leading Principal and Specialist Building Conservation contractor in the region.
In Hong Kong itself Stonewest (HK) is a registered “Approved Specialist Contractor in the category of Repair and Restoration of Historic Buildings” and has worked on a diverse portfolio of award-winning projects such as the 2019 UNESCO Asia-Pacific Award for Cultural Heritage Conservation winning Tai Kwun.
Acting as the headquarters for the Stonewest group in the region, the HK office has the expertise and experience of planning and overseeing international projects further afield, with previous projects including those in diverse locations such as Vietnam, Macau and Mainland China.

Established in 1998 Stone Facades (HK) is a leading specialist subcontractor for the design, supply and installation of both internal and external stonework on a wide range of projects across Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macau.
We provide one-stop comprehensive services principally covering a wide scope. This includes: sourcing marble and granite prescribed by our customers or otherwise conformed to the requirements of our customers; arranging fabrications of the marble and granite into customised sizes; arranging delivery and installation of marble and granite on external cladding of buildings, landscape and/or interiors of the buildings such as entrance lobbies, kitchens and bathrooms; as well as arranging post-installation services such as polishing and cleaning.

Yangon, Myanmar is famous for having the highest number of surviving colonial period buildings in Southeast Asia. The Century-old buildings with magnificent architecture make Myanmar a natural fit for a Stonewest, and in 2018 Stonewest (MYM) was incorporated to oversee our projects in the country.

Conservation and Restoration practice in the Middle East is a relatively young field, yet has made considerable gains in the last decade.
Stonewest have been able to play a significant part of this through our involvement in the seminal Qasr Al-Hosn fort restoration works, the oldest and most significant building in Abu Dhabi, holding the city’s first permanent structure making it a monument of the highest cultural significance for the UAE.
Furthermore, Stonewest has also undertaken several projects as a specialist contractor for the design, supply and installation of internal and external stonework.
Our footprint in the Middle East allows us draw on the expertise and global supply chain of our International business to serve Clients with the professionalism and quality that Stonewest has become synonymous with.
