Project Overview

The redevelopment of the former Vinopolis premises into a new shopping and restaurant complex has now been renamed  ‘Borough Yards’ by developer Meyer Bergman.  Designed by architect SPPARC , the development features five mixed-use buildings for offices, shops, gallery, restaurants and a cinema.  Also, it will restore and reinvent the lost medieval street pattern of the area adjacent to the world-famous food destination Borough Market. Several historic local street names will be revived, including Dirty Lane, Clink Yard and Soap Yard.
