Project Overview
Stonewest were appointed to carry out planned maintenance of the hard landscaping and have two teams continuously engaged to prevent deterioration of the York sandstone and Irish limestone which create such a dramatic aesthetic.
The Stonewest Special Works Department undertake routine cleaning, masonry and restoration work, as well as carry out work that requires a reactive approach from issues that arise from 24/7 use of the vast estate.
Close relationships with the estate’s supply chain, neighbours and various public authorities have been forged throughout Stonewest’s time on site.
