Project Overview
Restoration and dismantling and rebuilding of the structurally unstable section of the Grade II listed wall.
Key Successes
- Assisting the Client with developing the Heritage Statement, Listed Planning Application and action all subsequent conditions.
- Phase the works into restoration repairs and rebuilding.
- Source suitable sympathetic materials and prepare site sample panels for Local Authority and Historic England inspection/approval.
- Manage variations and introduce/manage specialist sub-contractors into the project.
- Phase works to best effect.
- Marshall pedestrian traffic and maintain safeguarding of Client’s property when wall was dismantled.
- Monitor all works for quality control and carry out self-snagging and subsequently client inspections upon completion.
